The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) is a private university renowned for its strong academic reputation and international vision, offering a wide range of programmes with an emphasis on practical teaching. Showho Technology has supplied the university’s virtual production studio with its BKB series of virtual production displays, injecting powerful technological momentum into the institution’s teaching and practical training.

In traditional film and television education, live-action shooting often demands significant time and effort for location setup, prop preparation, and post-production visual effects. With the application of the BKB series virtual production displays, scene switching has become effortless—requiring only a change of background material to transition between different settings. Through hands-on operation, students can master the entire virtual production workflow, including scene construction, lighting adjustment, camera tracking, and real-time rendering.

Showho Technology’s BKB series LED displays support immersive virtual shooting, providing creators with limitless creative possibilities. The application of this technology not only enhances the flexibility of film and television production but also opens up new avenues for creative expression. By establishing the virtual studio, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong is able to offer students an advanced practical platform, driving the development of digital creativity and film and television education.
