This represents China's first XR virtual studio entirely built with 1.95 fine-pitch LED displays, pushing the development of domestic XR virtual studios to new heights.

Fine-Pitch Screens - High Definition

What we commonly refer to as fine-pitch screens are LED displays with pixel pitch ≤2mm (indoor) or pixel pitch ≤4mm (outdoor). This pitch refers to the center distance between two pixels, known as pixel pitch. The 1.95 specification indicates a 1.95mm interval between two LED display pixels. Consequently, when the display's pixel pitch is smaller, the total pixel density per unit area increases, resulting in higher resolution for the LED display. This leads to superior image presentation with finer detail, making it suitable for high-definition shooting and effectively enhancing shooting results.

Simultaneously, as the pixel pitch decreases, shooting restrictions diminish. When using LED screens for filming, objects must maintain a certain distance from the screen—the minimum distance in meters should be no less than the screen's pixel pitch value. For example, when using a screen with a 2.6mm pixel pitch, all objects must maintain at least a 2.6-meter distance during shooting to achieve optimal visual effects, making the imagery appear authentic to both human eyes and cameras.

The Shanghai Television Station XR studio's 117㎡ floor screen and 126㎡ vertical screen were completely installed within 15 days, providing customers with optimal speed assurance. Showho Technology's display cabinets offer curved locks with multiple options (0/2/2.5/3/4°), meeting various concave arc construction requirements. Furthermore, Showho Technology's XR-LED displays incorporate GST-SMD maskless design, enabling ultra-wide-angle shooting without dark areas, further expanding available shooting angles.
